Happy Monday! Happy 2nd Week of the Year!
I know a lot of us energized, revved up to accomplish some goals, and make major progress on what we want to do this. However... to keep us going strong, rest is often an essential part of what gets us there.
Rest is what makes us think, recharges us, motivates us to find solutions, heals us, and gives us the regained strength to start out even stronger.
I know sometimes we want to keep on going and going and going. We're achievers, we love progress, and we love checking our to do lists. With that being said, add rest to your agenda, to your self-care list, and to your goals.
Find that balance and build that strength.
