5 Day Rest Challenge

Good Morning! Happy Tuesday!

Who is ready for 5 Day Challenge?

I know it's January and you all have goals to accomplish, but I want to challenge you take some sort of break every single day.

You've got options... savor that coffee, take a stroll, do some yoga, engage in mediation practice, simply breathe, take your lunch break, and whatever your heart desires.

Remember it's rest that you fuels you up and we all need it. Let it guide you to what your mind, body, and soul needs. Let it determine what's your next step. Let it be that safe space you can always go to when you just simply need to plus. Or, let it charge us ready to go that extra mile when you're ready.
